The 12-week programme gives fans unprecedented access to their club and a look behind the scenes.
In 2011/12, a large scale randomised, controlled trial study showed that 12 months after the programme, men had lost an average of five per cent of their starting weight by making gradual practical changes to their physical activity and diet, that they could keep up in their everyday lives.
Jo is our new Health and Wellbeing Coordinator, joining on 8th November. She has been in the fitness industry since she was 18 and has been a personal trainer and group exercise instructor certifying in Bokwa, Zumba, Circuits, Pilates, kettlebells, insanity, exercise to music to name a few. Jo is a level 3 Personal Trainer. She loves to motivate, inspire and educate people of all ages to lead healthier, happier lives and build confidence and wellbeing through health and fitness programmes. Jo is thrilled to be joining Pompey in the Community and meet lots of our Fit Fans!
